| Star Project Construction Management
Co. is subordinate to FINE. It is one of the first group of enterprises
that hold the Class-A project management qualification certificates
issued by the Ministry of Construction. Covering 20 professions, it
has 66 state-registered project management engineers, 137 province/ministry-registered
project management engineers, 8 professor senior engineers and 74
senior engineers. 90-plus large and medium-sized projects have been
completed or under our management, and they are distributed in 15
provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions throughout China
and cover over 10 industries. In addition, it is the first one that
has implemented and is implementing project management for large nuclear
power plants. As a whole, it plays a leading role in China in the
aspect of achievements and capabilities. It has won many honorable
titles such as the National Advance Project Construction Management
Unit, and is highly praised and trusted by the clients.
