| We are active in undertaking
the municipal thermal engineering design as required by the state
for accelerating urban infrastructure development. We have triumphantly
designed the first 116MW CFB hot-water boiler, the first single-layer
arranged 29MW chain boiler, and the high-temperature-water buried
pipe with diameter of DN1200, the maximum in China. And we have first
applied the large diameter noncompensated buried cold installation,
distributed frequency converting backwater pressure pumps, wholly
automatic operation of heat transfer station with no operator on duty,
and other advanced technologies. |

| Project scale: 2×116MW+3×29MW+2×14MW. We successfully
applied the first 116MW CFB high-temperature-water boiler
in China. It has many virtues, such as large capacity, small
land occupation, high thermal efficiency, small pollution,
stable operation and low unit investment. It attracted the
attention of operators in the same field after it went into
operation in 2001. And it plays a model role in enlarging
municipal thermal source equipment in China. |

| We have successively
undertaken the design for Shijiazhuang City thermal piping
network projects, with a total heating scale of 30,000,000
m2. Now we are expanding our business coverage to other cities
in Hebei Province and all over China. FINE has high reputation
